No — the Wellness Membership is not combinable with dental insurance. It is designed specifically as a stand-alone plan for patients who are uninsured, underinsured, or who prefer the simplicity of a membership model over traditional insurance.

Dr. Tannous will conduct a comprehensive exam, take any necessary X-rays, perform an oral cancer screening, and explain her findings in plain language. She builds your treatment plan around your needs — never rushed, never pressured to commit to anything on the spot. Yes. The 20% Wellness Membership discount applies to all procedures performed at Carmel West Dentistry that are not included in the base plan — including Gum Builder Therapy (our exclusive non-surgical gum recession treatment), dental Botox for TMJ and facial esthetics, SureSmile aligners, cosmetic treatments, and all restorative procedures.
